BOYZ II MEN
 ON BENDED KNEES

II is the second studio album by boy band Boyz II Men, released in August 1994 on Motown Records. It contained the #1 singles "I'll Make Love To You" and "On Bended Knee", the latter of which replaced the former at the top of the Billboard Hot 100, making the group the third artist to replace themselves at #1 in the US after Elvis Presley and The Beatles and the first to achieve the feat in 30 years.
"I'll Make Love to You" also spent 14 weeks at the top of the Hot 100 making them the first artist to achieve consecutive double digit runs at the top, with their prior single "End of the Road" topping the charts for 13 weeks and also equaled the record set by Whitney Houston's "I Will Always Love You" for the longest run at the top, a record which they held previously with "End of the Road". Other singles released achieved major success, including "Water Runs Dry", which reached #2, and "Thank You", which reached #21. "Vibin'", however, only reached #52.
The spoken track produced by Tim & Bob "Khalil (Interlude)" is a tribute to their road managerKhalil Roundtree who was shot in Chicago, Illinois while the band was opening for MC Hammer'sToo Legit to Quit tour.

BOYZ II MEN LYRICS
On Bended Knee Ringtone Send "On Bended Knee" Ringtone to your Cell On Bended Knee Ringtone

"On Bended Knee"

Darlin' I can't explain
Where did we lose our way
Girl it's drivin' me insane
And I know I just need one more chance
To prove my love to you
If you come back to me
I'll guarantee
That I'll never let you go

Can we go back to the days our love was strong
Can you tell me how a perfect love goes wrong
Can somebody tell me how to get things back
The way they use to be
Oh God give me a reason
I'm down on bended knee
I'll never walk again until you come back to me
I'm down on bended knee

So many nights I dream of you
Holding my pillow tight
I know I don't need to be alone
When I open up my eyes
To face reality
Every moment without you
It seems like eternity
I'm begging you, begging you come back to me

Can we go back to the days our love was strong
Can you tell me how a perfect love goes wrong
Can somebody tell me how to get things back
The way they use to be
Oh God give me a reason
I'm down on bended knee
I'll never walk again until you come back to me
I'm down on bended knee

Gonna swallow my pride
Say I'm sorry
Stop pointing fingers the blame is on me
I want a new life
And I want it with you
If you feel the same
Don't ever let it go
You gotta believe in the spirit of love
It can heal all things
We won't hurt any more
No I don't believe our love's terminal
I'm down on my knees begging you please
Come home

Can we go back to the days our love was strong
Can you tell me how a perfect love goes wrong
Can somebody tell me how to get things back
The way they use to be
Oh God give me a reason
I'm down on bended knee
I'll never walk again until you come back to me
I'm down on bended knee

Wanna build a new life
Just you and me
Gonna make you my wife
Raise a family

BACKSTREET BOYS
 STRAIGHT THROUGH MY HEART
"Straight Through My Heart" is a song performed by American pop vocal group Backstreet Boys. It was released as the lead single from the group's seventh studio album titled This is Usand is their first of two collaborations with critically acclaimed songwriter and producer RedOneapprearing on the album. On July 23, 2009 the single received its world premier on the group's official website, since then it was sent to radio on July 28, 2009 with Canadian stations being the first to pick-up the song.[2] It was released to iTunes on August 19, 2009 in some European countries and August 28[3] in the US before receiving a CD release in the UK and US on September 28 and September 29 respectively.

Music video

The video for Straight Through My Heart was filmed on August 7 and 8 of 2009 in downtown Los Angeles, California. It was directed by Kai Regan [4]. It was released on August 27 over the internet. [5] The introduction says, "Day Walkers: A group who band together to protect innocent mortals or Kine against the Gentry: Vampires who hunt for prey at bars and nightclubs.Sometimes these hunters become, The hunted.." [6] After the introduction the song starts playing. A female vampire rides a motorcycle up to a nightclub and walks inside. The Backstreet Boys are performing inside the club. The vampire begins to hunt for victims as the Backstreet Boys start to sing. Just before the climax of the song, Nick notices that the vampire has a victim. At the climax, water, presumably holy water, pours down from the ceiling onto the crowd. This scares the vampire and Nick reaches out to her. He leads the vampire, with Brian, AJ, and Howie behind them, into another room. They lock the doors and open another one, throwing the vampire outside into the sunlight, destroying her. After destroying the vampire, the group walks out into the sun, revealing their enlarged teeth and red eyes. [5]

[edit]Critical reception

Alex Fletcher of Digital Spy said "Fortunately, though the glitz and glamour may have faded somewhat, musically they appear to be undergoing a renaissance. If this RedOne-produced single is a fair representation, then their upcoming album may live up its billing as the band's best since 1999's Millennium. Fans who always preferred their banging pop tracks to the syrupy ballads will certainly be satisfied with this throbbing anthem, which has a chorus just begging for some old-school BSB dance moves." (3/5 stars)[7]
